Does this sound normal to you? If it does, then you really need help and I am talking about serious help, like something is wrong with you at an alarming level. And if it doesn’t then ‘voila’ you seem to me like a “SANE” person. For now enough of this sanity test. Lets get back to our imagination.. :)
Consider an imaginary situation where our planet is attacked by alien species. Now don’t tell me that’s not a possibility. Haven’t you watched Alien or The Darkest Hour? Imagine the havoc happening for real, the danger of existence looming over. Foreign species trying to wipe us out from the face of earth. Then what would happen? Wouldn’t the whole world unite? Irrespective of caste, creed, country, race and gender I guess we all will try to defend our planet. Our Earth in not just a planet with land and water, but it’s our home. There might be seven continents but they constitute our landmass. There might be four oceans but they are all together our water bodies. So do we have to wait for some impending danger to inculcate the feeling of unity and integrity among us? When our home is one, the address of our planet is one, then why all this racism is in picture? Why the division, demarcation and distinction between people? Why there is hatred brewing in our heart against each other?
I am not writing this post to give you an overview about the scientific nomenclature or about geography. I am writing this because I am hurt. Hurt to see that the callousness of few has resulted in loss of lives of so many Indians working in US, and the rest still under the fear of being the next target. The whole scenario has been blown out into a tailspin. And this post is a direct shout-out to all you Americans, who think and I quote “Indians should go back to their country”. The name of your country has United in it. Then why are your opinions so divided? Why are you so communal and racist? Imagine a day in your life without our tech support, without our call centers. Can you? We Indians are like your “Roti” “Kapda” “Makan”. So you are not threatening us by this hate killing, instead you are threatening your own basic existence. You boast that your nation is oh so advanced. But don’t you forget that a major contribution to that is by Indians. Be it Microsoft or NASA, you will find a considerable percentage of your task-force comprising of us “Indians”.
Just like you are dependent on us, even we are dependent on you. So you can call is as “Symbiotic Existence”. But I guess you don’t understand the concept of it. So instead of hating us, use your head in something more productive. One more question - Haven’t you studied Moral Science in school? I guess you just read, but not learn. The basics of Moral science teach us that “No matter your social status or how powerful you feel you are, we are all equal. We came here by birth and will leave in death”. Your country is rich and loaded with opportunities to learn and work and earn. So isn’t it pretty obvious that there will be many who would like to have that opportunity. But then what’s wrong in that? Are you afraid that you aren’t good enough to compete against us? Or do you lack the grit and guts? Your mindset is nothing but lamentable, because it shows how scared you are. May be you feel you aren’t the “fittest” and Darwin’s theory is haunting you, looking directly into your eyes and mocking you. You are on the brink of your own breakdown and you should know that taking away someone’s life is the worst sin that you can commit. It shows nothing but your cowardice. So it’s high time for you to realize - We all are “PEOPLE”, the people of Earth.
P.S. I sincerely hope that the words of my “Nani” come true. So beware all you killers, you are all going to be blessed with hell for your grievous sins. And when you go there, you will be deep fried in boiling hot oil. You will wither in pain till you understand how much pain you inflicted upon others. May your soul never rest in peace. Amen !!!

I agree to you view point.I somehow feel that even though we have helped to build their economy, they do not care about it. Many American companies are earning lot of money by opening stores in India. Such stores give jobs to us too. This mutual help is helping both economy. So instead of fighting we can help each other grow more.
Well written bhol . The protectionist tendency ain't going to help them . They are great because of our contribution to their economy . But in a way it's good for us too . In the process of making America great again , in disguise they will be making India great rather . The talent will now focus on a secular and tolerant country like ours . But wish the open market economy is what is endorsed by America , for the good of all . It looks difficult for the next few years though !

Things are really pretty bad there. Job termination, visa rejection etc is taking a toll on many. And to top it off, these hate killings. Too much to bear for a common man.
True that . Hope it gets better and not worse. There was another news where a girl wasn't allowed visa from Canada and was told that she has been 'trumped' . Pathetic!

Looking at current scenario it is good to be sceptical about our American brothers have but for a moment I wud like to make u think about our own country are we not hypocrite...Have we ever thought when we make a passing comment when a poor people from Bihar move to other state like my Delhi or any state to earn bread and butter butter and there he is discriminated because of his origin..His small space on street is also encroached an not by American but by our own intellectual Democrat..Not long ago I used to hide my identity,would u call that human...We have a habit of criticising others but if we look deep inside we would find we are hollow human being....:)
